Principal of Chesters Real Estate, Greer Gittoes completed her Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate & Development) at the University of Queensland in 2005, during which she was accepted into a pilot graduate program specialising in property development and property investment with a national Banking Corporation. After several years as a property analyst in Brisbane and then London, Greer has now transitioned into the Real Estate industry bringing with her a number of associates including valuation experts, banking executives and other professionals who can pass on their expertise to Chesters’ clients.
As Director at Chesters, Michael Platsis takes a hands on approach with the our clients and their projects. Whether it be managing the retail leasing of a new development or a implementing a strategy to maximise the value of an asset before sale.
Michael has been fortunate to have worked in the Brisbane commercial property markets for 8 years, in management positions at Wright Property Group (now Cushman Wakefield) and CBRE. With experience in retail and commercial leasing, asset and development site sales, Michael has benefited from the exposure to these markets and gained a comprehensive understanding of commercial property in Brisbane.
